Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves and the fishermen boats passing by. Imagine stepping outside your home and enjoying an almost 360 degrees of view on the unspoiled Sardinian sea…

Imagine choosing a different place to enjoy the sea every day: three sandy beaches (one at the gate of the property, less than 150m away) or the rocks (surrounding the property, less than 100m away). Imagine snorkelling, canoeing, boat trip. Now…Stop imagining and make this dream reality! Peaceful holiday home in a stunning location, in a small private peninsula 3km from the small and pittoresque village of Calasetta (Isola di Sant'Antioco) and 90km from Cagliari airport (served by several low-cost airlines).

Within Calasettas territory, one can find many archaeological traces of its lively past (including famous Sardinian prehistorical buildings, the nuraghi). In the centre of the town, one can find the the Savoy tower, the Church of San Maurizio (in baroque style), the Museum of Contemporary Art. The territory offers many natural beauties including cliffs and won... more
