The Villa is located in Villa Las Brisas, a gated development with 24 hour security within the private Wyndham Rio Mar Resort.
The split level villa features 2 bedrooms, 1 den, 3 full baths, and accommodates 7-10 people. In main floor, you will find 2 open, spacious living areas, a dining area, eat-in kitchen, full bath and large balcony with views of the golf course, the ocean and the El Yunque National Rainforest. The cross ventilated layout makes it ideal to enjoy the breathtaking tropical scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. Dishes, pots and pans and small kitchen appliances are also available. The spacious master suite complete with private balcony, features a king size bed, pull-out twin sofa bed, huge walk-in closet ...

Enchanting Piece of Paradise
Just over a 20-minute drive from the airport. The villa has an open large living area with large windows with spectacular views to the ocean, the golf course, and the mountains. You can also enjoy the view from the large balcony while you have your morning coffee or a delicious cocktail at night. It is within walking distance of the cluster pool, and less than a 5-minute golf cart drive to the Resort beach.
Near to many attractions like Hacienda Carabali, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque Rainforest and other beaches in the area.
The Villa is well equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. Bedrooms are large and very comfortable. Each of the two bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom, AC units and tv with cable. Master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with full size bunk beds. There is a den equipped with a sleeper sofa, tv with cable, and a full bathroom. The villa has a laundry room with stackable washer and drier. Wi-Fi connectivity allowed us to work remotely from the villa.
Property Manager promptly responded to all our questions and provided plenty of information about the amenities and area attractions.
The Villa is near to main highways if you want to explore other attractions and restaurants in the Island.
We will certainly plan a trip back to the villa soon.

Felt like I was home
I can't express the feeling this condo (home) gave us. I spent 10 of the most relaxing convenient vacation days of my life. Immaculately decorated, all the kitchen utensils and appliances you need and then some. Wonderful wall art and paintings. Great master bedroom and all the bathrooms had fantastic roomy showers with hot water all the time and great water pressure. The views from either balcony where great to have breakfast or an evening drink from. Having the use of a golf cart I CAN'T EVEN EXPRESS IN WORDS. I'm already planning next years vacation to rent this unit. And last the owners go overboard to make sure your completely satisfied and comfortable. I was very sad to have to leave. George

Perfect Villa with a View
The Villa not only had a view, outdoor covered decks, a great master bedroom suite but plenty of room to relax and enjoy after a day of golf or an afternoon at the nearby beach. The Wyndham resort is a jewel as well. Can't go wrong here.

Outstanding!
Outstanding! Great location, breathtaking view of the ocean and rain forest. Only a few minutes away from great restaurants. Accommodations are immaculate, spacious and extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautifully well appointed villa
Book this villa now, you will not be disappointed! Located in the expansive and beautiful Wyndham Resort and Spa in Rio Mar, it is so clean, well appointed with beautiful views of the golf course and resort. Easy access to the private beach club and pools as well as the main resort because of the inclusion of a cart cart with the rental. The owners prove excellent recommendations of restaurants, markets and local activities. I cannot say enough positive words about this villa. It was everything and more that we expected in a rental.

Beautiful and Relaxing
Giannina's property was beautiful and the view was amazing - you can see most of the resort, golf course and ocean from the balcony. My family of 7 was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The entire grounds including the pools were very clean (you'd never know it was hit by a hurricane). Security guards at the entrance made you feel safe, although we visited several restaurants around the resort and always felt comfortable. We became regulars at a bakery just outside the resort - amazing pastries, sandwiches and cheesecakes. Two different days we drove up to the rainforest (10 min drive from the resort). You can certainly see hurricane damage in the rainforest and many of the trails are closed however it is still beautiful and a must see. One of the trails we hiked had a river towards the end and my kids spend over an hour on the nearby rope swing. Easy drive from the airport and close to many of the top attractions including the islands of Culebra and Vieques. We also hired Captain Mingo and his yellow boat to drop us off at a remote island for the day. So fun! We spend the day snorkeling, swimming and building sand castles on the white sandy beach. Giannina was very responsive and helpful. If we needed anything we knew we could quickly get a hold of her. Save yourself some time trying to find a great place to stay and book Giannina's property and visit the wonderful people of Puerto Rico!

Perfect place to stay in Puerto Rico!!
As a puertorrican visiting the Island with my family I have to say this is the perfect place to stay. Location is ideal and the villa is so cozy, in perfect conditions and awesome spaces. I will recommend this villa to anyone who goes visit the Island!

THE PERFECT VILLA!
This villa had plenty of room and space for our family of four and more! Beautifully decorated and spectacular views. Close to the beach, restaurants, the rain forest and many other touristic amenities. The Tennis Club had multiple clay and hard courts to choose from with really friendly staff. We didn’t get to play golf on this trip, but the course looked well maintained and enticing. We had a fabulous time, definitely will be back and highly recommend this villa. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

The resort is 19 miles (about a 30 minute drive) from the San Juan International Airport and just across the way from El Yunque National Rainforest. One of the many benefits to being inside the resort is having access to tours and excursions directly through the hotel.
