This restaurant provides a very unique dining experience. It offer four different set menus with each dish carefully crafted and presented. They are named 'Maya', 'Jiaa', 'Bela' and 'Anika'. The difference is the number of dishes served - they range from 7 to 13. The only choices a diner has to make are to specify the name of the menu and whether one is a vegetarian or non-vegetarian and then leave it to them. The presentation of the food is outstanding and extraordinary. Each dish is designed and 'engineered' very differently and the sight tickles one's palate. A picture of the dessert that we got will explain this point. The taste of each dish is also exceptional.

Absolutely fabulous. The dinner was one of the best I had in the recent past and that by far. Very professional service. Only the wine by glass did not offer many opportunities

What a memorable experience - with top notch food, great wine and just a great overall time enjoying an incredible array of dishes. In Chennai for work and some colleagues and I had heard of the “Michelin star rated restaurant in the hotel that is a ‘must do’”. Well, we did and we are all glad we did. Of the 7, 9, 11 or 13 course dish we chose the 9 course version. In hindsight MAYBE we should have done 11 but we all were appropriately full when we left, each with big smiles on our faces. If in Chennai and especially the ITC hotel, would strongly recommend you give it a try.
