-Ambassador Transit Hotels (Terminals 2 and 3)
Ensuite rooms or budget rooms with shared bathroom. You can book blocks of 6 hours at a time, and add/book extra hours if needed. If flying into Changi Airport you don't need to clear customs and immigration as these hotels are located within the Transit area. You can collect your luggage from lost property later after your hotel stay. Make sure you have enough clothes, toiletries and personal items in your carry-on luggage for your brief stay at the Transit Hotel.
If you are coming from the city and want to stay in one of these hotels before your flight out you will need your boarding pass, so please check if your airline allows early check-in. This link from the Changi Airport website lists airlines and their check-in times:-

-Village Hotel Changi. A 3.5 Star across from Changi beach. Hotel offers a complimentary Airport Shuttle Service - see details in the link below.
-Changi Cove, 351 Cranwell Rd, Changi (about 15mins by Taxi from Changi Airport). Set in 4 hectares of natural greenery and Heritage Buildings, the complex contains a 112 room hotel. Rooms offer free Wifi, included Breakfast, Nespresso Coffee machines. The complex was restored and opened in November, 2013 and is suitable for a "retreat" as the Hotel describes it, from the hustle and bustle of the city, and also offers facilities for conferences and meetings.
-Raintr33 Hotel, 33 Hendon Road, Changi Point. Two Restored Military Buildings. Now a stylish boutique hotel with 50 rooms. About 15 mins drive by taxi from Changi Airport. Each hotel wing is 3 storeys high, with no elevator. Many rooms have a balcony. Free Wifi internet is provided.

-Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel. A 3.5 to 4 star hotel. East Coast area. Half way between the airport and city. This hotel provides a free shuttle service from airport to hotel and return (see details in the link below). The hotel also offers day rate stays if you need a few hours stopover. Check on the hotels website for details and prices of day rate stays, and timings of the free Shuttle service.
- Capri by Fraser Changi City Hotel. Studio/hotel rooms. New and very modern. Good for a brief stopover between flights, but as there is not a lot of tourist attractions in that area it isn't recommended for a longer stay unless for work reasons you need to be close to Changi Business Park. It is linked to a shopping mall next to the Expo MRT station.
- Village Hotel Katong. Modern, stylish rooms. Free WIFI. Complimentary Airport Shuttle Bus Service. Close to dining options, and malls in the Marine Parade, East Coast area. Details of the shuttle service are in the link below -

-Hotel 81 Sakura. Small hotel along Joo Chiat Road. One of the many Hotel 81 Chain properties. Budget option for an overnight stay if on a brief stopover.
-Santa Grand East Coast Hotel. A 3 star option in the East Coast area. Has a swimming pool on the roof. One of the local Santa Grand Chain of Hotels.
-Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, 33 Jalan Affi. 10 mins walk to Paya Lebar MRT station. Has Superior, Deluxe and Premier rooms. Modern hotel in the Aqueen Brand of hotels.
-Aqueen Heritage Hotel, Joo Chiat road. Opposite Champion Hotel and adjacent to The Joo Chiat Complex (which has a handy Supermarket and Taxi rank at the front).
