Known as the Garden Isle, Kaua'i is the oldest and northernmost island in Hawaii.  Lush and tropical, Kaua'i receives the most rainfall in the Hawaiian island chain.  Mt. Wai'ale'ale is said to be the wettest place on Earth, receiving between 400 and 600 inches of rain every year.  Numerous television programs and movies have been filmed on Kauai including Blue Hawaii, South Pacific, Fantasy Island, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Jurassic Park.  Keep an eye open for famous waterfalls as you make your way around the island!
