I find this hotel through its website. Booking experience was excellent as direct contact no. (of Mr. Ramneesh) was given. Mr. Ramneesh was very courteous & sincere and taken care of each & every thing including airport transfer, local travel etc. I was given one of the best room (AC room) of the hotel. All the staffs of the hotel were well mannered and very responsive. The quality of food was excellent with genuine price. The hotel was neat & clean however, staircase needs to be more clean. location wise it was good location as it is very near to city bus stand (approx 600 meters) Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed 2 days here. One day in a room priced at 500/- and the other priced at 400/-. While the location of the hotel, staff's helpfulness were very good the hygiene standards can be improved a lot. I was appalled at the conditions of the toilets. The 500 Rs bathroom was bearable at the best, the 400 Rs bathroom flooring was curved away from the drain and so the water formed a puddle at middle of the room. Wifi is available but worked only in the reception area. When I was there the restaurant was under renovation so no food was available. This is probably the best priced hotel in Palampur but it be a lot better if the rooms and toilets are kept clean.

I found this a good budget hotel for a short stay. There are both deluxe and standard rooms are available. The parking facility is good and wifi is ok. Room service is not good due to lack of staff members but the executive at reception was quite helpful. Security is good since cameras are installed in lobbies.
