Nice Hotel near the Palampur Bus Stand.
Good for Transit Tourists and Business purpose.
Majorly a Business Hotel, Hotel Staff were on leave during Last week of December.
We booked AC Deluxe rooms for 1 Night stay. Awesome Big rooms with almost all major amenities provided. Bathrooms with Geyser and soap,towel as toiletries provided. Good food with very much standard price range provided from the inhouse restaurant.

One of the good thing about this hotel is it is just few steps ahead from bus stand . If you are traveling by bus then its just on the walkable distance from bus stand.stay was good but they need to improve their services and food .
If you are planning to stay at Highland Regency, please do not keep high expectations. The place is quite average. We needed something close to baijnath temple hence opted it. The rooms very clean but the standard of the rooms and basic amenities was quite average. They have very old and worn out blankets but upon being asked they provided clean white sheets. The staff was cooperative.
Last week I visited Palampur with family and stayed in Highland Regency. The service was good but the food was average. Vijay Kumar was always active and provided us immediate service. Mr Sanjay informed us about Barot Valley and we enjoyed that place. Thanks for hosting us.
I visited the property for my official o2 day tour to Palampur. The hotel is right on the road and near the new Palampur bus stand. Price is a little bit high in comparison to the furnishing. Food was decent.They had bar also. Staffs were friendly. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 day trip.
Stayed for one night in highland regency with friend ...clean and nice room ..checked in at 3 am..room was ready, didn't eat anything from restaurant but staff was good ...do stay here to have comfortable and clean room
