It was very nice & memorable experience to be at Araiya,palampur. We really had homely feel. Stay, food, ambience,everything was upto mark. Very humble staff specially Sachin from hospitality deptt. Restaurant staff just make it feel like contented when it comes to food. Front desk was also so relatable as some of them were also from Punjab. Mr Anmol from front desk was really cooperative. One of the best hotels in Palampur. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Araiya Palampur. We were given a very warm welcome at the lobby. The entire staff was very courteous. Loved the food and the hotel service. Breakfast buffet was excellent with good variety. Head Chef treated us with his specialties, will remember the Nutella pancakes.
