To start with, its easy to reach there with google maps location it nearly perfectly. Check-in was easy and took just a couple of minutes. Front desk executive was courteous and attentive. Room was nice and clean, the snow clad Dauladhar mountains view from the room was exceptional and tea garden view right across the road added to the beauty. I booked premium room so the room was pretty big and bathroom was nice and clean. Neatly stacked with all requisite supplies one might need during stay. Terrace restaurant was the best option as gave a wonderful view and also the slow breeze made the experience better. Coming to food: Food was simple. The service was little slow at times (especially breakfast). There were minor issues with room cleaning the second day which were resolved as soon as highlighted to front desk. My family enjoyed their stay a lot and i would suggest to prefer this over any other hotel in Palampur as it suits the pockets nicely and delivers to ones expectations. Parking is in the basement (-1) if someone's driving like i did... :)More
