We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sai garden. The hotel is located near tea gardens i.e one of the best areas to stay in Palampur. I stayed here as recommended me by some one about this hotel had a homely experience at this hotel. Everything was just worth the money spent. I would recommend other people stay here.

Sai Gardens is the best place for a romantic honeymoon. It is next to the moutain range and there is greenery all around. Staff is good and we recommend cottages for honeymooners because they have large sit outs. the tea gardens are at a walking diatance so couples should go for nature walks
Our kitty this year will be memurable for years to come. As we check out today, we feel as if we are leaving our home forever. The staff is so nice that you feel as if you are at home, in fact better than home. Their setting is unparellel and their co-operation is limitless. These guys are professionals. There is no pimp and show but the basics are strong. We will recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a remembered vacation. All the best sai gardens
I travelled on the 10th of August for three nights and I extended my stay by two more days. The hotel offers good food and the stewards are very well behaved. Ibrecommend the cottage rooms as they are more spacious and have a magnificent views.
There can be nothing more a disaster, it is cause of these types of hotels that we don't tend to get digital in India as this is what is known as cheating, 11o clock at night checked in with the family,. Rooms smelling, bed sheets with stains, regulator of fans not working, no intercom, no room service, manager cursing MakeMyTrip for not doing payments on time. No water to drink. Geyser not working, at the off set I would like to apologise all the hotels who have been criticise by me till now because this one has broken all records of bad service, bad house keeping, bad management, had to stay on one room, go for bath in the other. must say that this is where you dont feel like travelling in Himachal as actually you pay and ont get
Location is awesome... surrounded by beautiful green mountains. Peaceful, no hustle bustle of market and traffic. Just 1.5 km from Palampur market and about 4 km from main bus stand. Property is well maintained. Lush green beautiful gardens. Neat and clean rooms. It's Restaurant serve delicious but a bit expensive food. Service is ok and staff is good.
