A really beautiful setting for a cafe. Hidden away in the grounds of the estate the cafe serves some amazing food.

Elizabeth Cope was really great. A very welcoming and really witty lady! We had a great tour of the house with loads of laughs along the way!! Afterwards, we had a coffee in the quaint café in the old coach yard and stables and then a walk around the lovely gardens. A really enjoyable day out.

What an absolute delight, Elizabeth's work and Clare Omerod's were our favourites but the all the exhibitions and the whole set up is wonderful, a caravan with photos, donkeys grazing in the field, delicious cake in the cafe - truly a one off! Elizabeth's tour of the house was so interesting, she is such fun and very knowledgeable and the house is a one off with so much of her work on display! Thank you so much to both Elizabeth and Geoffrey for such a perfect afternoon.

We so enjoyed this tour. The owner of this castle is an intriguing lady who offers a wealth of information. We enjoyed this tour very much with all its quirky twists and turns and many artifacts. The grounds and graveyard are a must see. Beautiful

It's an incredible place to spend a few nights at, quirky, charming and just incredibly sweet. Loved every minute of our two night stay. The kids had fun too running around in the garden, watching the bunnies in the morning and trying to play hide and seek.
