This villa is modern, clean and above all spacious. It exceeded our expectations. We had a couple of showery/ chilly days over Christmas but it didn't matter as there was plenty of space inside so weren't tripping over each other. Kitchen was good - most things that you would want. Terrace and deck areas great - always a choice to catch the sun. Great view from roof terrace. Pool wasn't freezing like most you get and we were happy in it on Christmas morning despite the overcast sky. Pool was a good size, quite deep one end, but safely gated. The weather was a little windy at times, which blew the closed parasol over, so just move it somewhere safe if you have young children. Didn't use the TV so can't comment on that.

Bit of a hiccup with the wi-fi when we first arrived but I emailed and someone was there sorting it by the time we got back from an exploratory walk the first afternoon. A member of staff also checked in on us the following day to make sure everything was ok - it was - but good friendly attentive service. (The lady also made an excellent recommendation for our Christmas dinner out too - thank you, sorry I've forgotten your name.)

Close to supermarket (near enough to get fresh croissants for breakfast every morning) and 8-10 minutes to the harbour, 15-20 mins to the main beach. It's uphill all the way back which may not suit some, but taxis cheap if you don't have a car. Bus stop for many of the island tours is just round the corner at the hotel, 3 mins walk away, which is handy.

Washing machine useful. Small bag of items provided to get you started - eg. dishwasher tablets and toilet roll. Also we'd carried pool/beach towels in our suitcases, but found they were all provided as well as bath towels.

All in all, would thoroughly recommend this villa and Lanzarote One, who we booked through. Thanks!

Superb villa situated at back of resort. Inside was beautifully appointed. Very modern with plenty of room and very clean. Pool area and garden beautiful. Would have no hesitation going back or recommending to anyone. Can walk down to harbour in about 10 minutes. Taxis cheap if needed.

“Brilliant!”

We could not recommend this property enough. It is absolutely perfect. The five of us spent a wonderful week here in mixed weather. There was such comfort in the four spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is outstanding and the sitting area with a large flatscreen tv, sound system etc is very comfortable. The terrace all round the property is delightful, a great place for breakfast. The pool is kept at 29 degrees all the time. Luxurious! There is a cover which you keep on it when not in use which keeps in the heat and keeps out the debris! The pool area is very sheltered with a stunning garden. Then the best of all, the villa is only 6 minutes walk from the centre of town with its myriad shops and 40 Irish bars, let alone all the other nationality bars! We hired a car, as it was the first visit to Lanzarote for all of us. There are excellent trips which are not too far away. The best visit was to Fire Mountain to see the active volcano. But we visited Playa Blanca and had lunch in Princess Yaiza Resort. You must visit Puerto Calero to see the yachts. We had lunch in one of the fish restaurants in Arrieta, which you must do. Lagomar, Omar Sharif's former home, is beautiful and so unusual. Cesar Manrique's home is well worth a visit and the Cactus Garden. We ate great food, visited interesting places and the girls had spectacular night time entertainment. We had some teething problems (usual things - we couldn't get the TV to work and didn't know how to access the wifi) but it was all sorted out with great efficiency. Thank you to everyone, especially the owner, for making Mirador Mojones a holiday to remember. None of us wanted to leave!

“Best Villa Ever”

Almost reluctant to write this review as we want to keep this villa secret, it is so good. There has been a total refurbishment recently with, seemingly, no expense spared.
All four bedrooms are a good size, each having their own bathroom and outside access.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite received BBC programmes.
So many positives about this villa; good size wardrobes with wooden hangers (none of the usual hotch- potch of cheap wire and plastic often found), lashings of hot water, showers that really are showers, a kitchen with everything one needs. I could go on.
There are distant views of the sea and mountains from the roof terrace, its a special place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or two.
The pool is immaculate, lit at night and super warm, tended by a very helpful guy called Colin. Also immaculate is the whole villa, spotless throughout.
There's a great management team led by Nick supporting the villa and nothing seemed too much trouble. It was a real surprise to get a really good welcome pack at no extra charge!
It's about a 10 minute walk to either the harbour and all the wonderful restaurants or the beach area. Its probably a little longer to walk back!
