We decided to go for the hotel Easter package and add one extra night. All things considered it was a good choice, food was tasty, staff friendly, rooms spacious and spa area and treatments were satisfactory as well. If I were to say what I did not like I would need to mention two things: reception staff did not react properly on very dangerous situation caused by lack of supervision over small child using toy scooter in the lobby (I am a father of 2 years daughter and I think it should not be allowed for small children to use bikes, scooters and even seegways inside the hotel lobby, where other guests would like to stay safety). The other thing was the reccuring issue with the toilet in the room. Reception staff reacted properly, but the problem remained during the whole stay and I think such issue should not have happened in 5 ***** hotel.

Great location on the penisula, the view of the lake on both sides, the area around hotel big enough to take walks,playground for children, piers on the lake to sit, to sunbathe, to admire the nature. The room was spacious and clean- we had the one on groundfloor with a terrace. Nice pool inside and little one outside. The staff smiling and helpful. Big choice of dishes on breakfast and dinner, even special children's menu was available. For us great hotel by the lake with all needed amenities. I recommend the place for visiting:)

Luxury hotel for a family and/or romantic stay. Free parking near hotel, private beach, and playground for children. Room was clean, very cozy and bed was perfect.
Food in a restaurant (breakfast and dinner's) are just perfect and delicious.

The only exception - small cons is a service in a restaurant. On a "romantic dinner" from a hotel's special package table was cleaned with a wet rag and tablecloth was wet. Also, waitress forgot to put a napkin's on a table. It was very uncomfortable and not so "romantic" at all. Despite this waitresses were very fast and food prepared surprisingly quickly.

Only small dogs are allowed (up to 30cm and less than 5kg).
