on our 5 night trip to the Wild Coast Sun, we visited the wild waves water park twice. It was really enjoyable. There's enough tubes for everyone. Food was a hit and miss though. The Wimpy does not offer a full menu.

Be prepared to spend at least R1000 for a family day out. Usually water park. Nothing special, great for young kids.

Amazing water park. Spent the day getting sunburnt but it was worth it. The staff are very friendly and we were shown exactly where to go to enter the park, find the locker rooms and store our belongings.

We couldn't do much with our 6 and 4 year olds. We usually go to the water park at home where we are allowed to ride the tubes with them but they were not allowed to here. You must be taller than 1.2 m. Other than that, more supervision needs to be given to the kids zone. Some kids including mine were almost trampled by a school group of kids. My husband had to ask the lifeguard to sort them out.

Inside the park is horse riding and a quad bike tour. We did both and they were wonderful!
