Location is excellent for all the activities you can plan. The hotel offers a program on a weekly base that's very interesting. Rooms are large and bathrooms extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffet is impressive. 3/4 accomodation includes a snack in the afternoon. This is always a sweet surprise. The dinner is a great experience considering the ability of the chef. Service is really kind. We had deep assistance for our baby ( 9 mo). Swimming pool and SPA are big and personnel very professional. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Our family had the pleasure to stay in this hotel one week before Christmas (December and March is in our opinion the best time to visit for skiing as the ski slopes and hotels are half empty). We loved the scented aroma in the entry hall accompanied with home-made Christmas cookies as well as the interior holiday decorations. The staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful. We were also very happy with the restaurant crew and the food was splendid.
We stayed in spacious suite (a bit costly) which together with the excellent hotel location are the highlights of this accommodation.
To name couple of flaws, which I believe can be easily fixed, I start with the kids playroom. As we have a small child (2 yrs. old) we had a chance to visit hotels with better equipped playrooms. My suggestion is to add for example kitchen corner, lego blocks, dolls, slide, monkey bars etc. so the children have bigger variety of toys to play with.
Also the temperature in the pool could be warmer (at least during the winter season), even my husband who is used to cold water swimming was a bit uncomfortable not to mention our little son.
One last thing, during the final payment we experienced an awkward situation when we were charged twice for dinner drinks and it took some time to settle this. It seems there is some system problem as we were not the only ones to experience this.
Anyway, overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be happy to comeback.

Room Tip: Majestic suite is huge and very comfortable. I wonder if they have one facing the Kronplatz (south side) so there is more sun on the balcony.

Having spent our 4th visit to The Majestic we would recommend the hotel to anyone who loves being completely spoilt from the moment you step inside the hotel's doors. It should be rated as 6STAR...........you have everything you desire here with great skiing on Kronplatz, wellness centre ,sauna, gym, instructors for pilates, aqua aerobics........and the big PLUS is that the hotel offers fabulous hikes with there 1st class guides to stunning mountain regions...........it's really heaven with the hotel's head chef being the number 1 chef for the Sud Tyrol area.
The rooms are large, the bathrooms beautiful, the swimming pool which has indoor pool and then one can swim thru glass doors to the outside area in the snow..............very James Bond.
This is a SUPERIOR HOTEL IN EVERY WAY........The family Feichter ( owners) are delightful and make sure all their guests of any age have a truly remarkable holiday. We will return.

Hotel is well located: 5 minutes from Brunik downtown, 5 minutes plan de Corones. Additional point is that is located in front to the famous Sauna and pool Cron4. The hotel is a true 4***** Superior, staff is very kind, room big and very clean. Very few points to improve: snak in the afternoon very little and salad buffet at dinner missing. The pool is nice heated to relax even outside. Spa (sauna)is little but complete. I will come back for sure.

This is my third winter visit to this lovely hotel set in beautiful countryside and close to Kronplatz ski area.

I have found that the hotel has consistently surpassed my expectations over the last three years and provides a wonderful base for a ski and restful holiday. The hotel is about 90 mins from Innsbruck airport and the hotel will organize a transfer by taxi if required. The hotel is family owned and provides a wonderful welcoming atmosphere which is so refreshing in the times of "chain" hotels. The rooms are well proportioned and extremely cosy with a small balcony for those with mountain views. There are large bathrooms with baths and walk in showers and separate toilets. Additional large towels are provided for the spa and pool together with soft bath robes.

The hotel provides a continuous bus service to Kronplatz which is 5 mins away and will also arrange lift passes. There is a large ski room for boots and skis. Kronplatz offers an extensive choice of runs all beautifully groomed and ideal for beginners, intermediate and older relaxed skiers like myself with a few testers thrown in! Queuing is minimal at the many
lifts.

The hotel spa provides a lovely indoor and connecting outdoor pool, two sauna and two steam rooms with relaxing rooms. There is also a large relaxing room with waterbeds and an open fire to simply read, relax or take a nap. There is a range of treatments and a good masseuse all at reasonable prices.

The hotel is famed for the quality of the food and the freshness of the products used, with a large buffet breakfast, afternoon tea including freshly made soups and cakes to the evening meal of 4 courses which varies everyday in terms of content and presentation. The chef is outstanding and the ideas and the tastes are top class. There is a lovely bar and an extensive wine list offering a wide choice of local wines. With skiing, spa and good food there is not too much energy left for the usual apres ski!

Whilst this is a family friendly hotel it is enjoyed by many older couples who enjoy the facilities offered. The hotel is popular with both Italian and German couples who we have found extremely social and entertaining.

The hotel costs around around £220 per day for a couple including beverages, wine and all the food which is equivalent to full board. I think this is excellent value for money for this quality.

We are planning to return in June to enjoy a week of walking and exploring!

Room Tip: Pay the extra and have the mountain view!
