Start of a winter season and skiing on Kronplatz is always a good read for visiting this area. Although I am coming to the area for almost 40 years this was my first visit to this hotel. First impression was great. Checking in was fast, lobby looked great and the stuff was very polite. Entering the room was step down. Everything was clean but you could see that the furniture was from the 80ties. Radio was broken, one shelf in the closet was broken and shower stand also. They fixed the shower stand next day. During the night it was not so warm and some more heating would be usefull especially when you are back from skiing and you need to put your gloves for a driing. Dinner and breakfast where served in two different rooms and that is good as after dinner no body is urging you to go from the table so they can prepare breakfast table. All the services where on highest possible standards and this is the best part of the hotel. Stuff is very polite and on your service. Hotel has his own mini van which is circulating between the hotel and skiing area so you do not have to use your own car.
