When in Melbourne, we always dine at least once at Sammy's. The food is excellent, Sammy himself is always highly involved in the (visible) kitchen area or among the patrons and everything keeps moving along nicely. The repeat patronage of locals keeps the large restaurant room lively. The gourmet pizzas live up to the 'gourmet' title and cost only a little more than the standard pizzas. It's an enjoyable dining experience and the price is very reasonable.
