Great meal enjoyed at Lomoteca. Arrived early in Spanish terms around 9.30pm on a fiesta evening so the restaurant was quiet. Service was quick and we settled on a salad and grilled polenta cheese starter. The melted cheese was amazing and full of flavour taking you back to childhood when cheese on toast was the best meal ever! We followed this with a steak cut from the hip along with jacket potato and blue cheese plus a Rioja to accompany. The meat was perfectly cooked to our liking medium rare. We were also provided an assortment of salts to aid our meal. Salt in red wine and salt in ginger provided an extra zing to our meals. Overall two very satisfied diners.
