We walked along the beach from the Fairmont and asked some people if this was indeed the right place as we hadn’t seen a sign. They confirmed it was, but warned us of extremely slow service. We had a table on the wooden platform with...a great sea view and ordered fish cutters with a portion of fries, plus a couple of beers. Almost speechless when our order arrived in about 15 minutes and was delicious! I guess we were just lucky even though it must have been peak lunchtime. Don’t write this place off - the staff are crazy busy, view is fabulous, food is great - just relax and enjoy!More

Waited an hour for our lunch order to arrive and then it was wrong, no apology or anything. Will not go back or revisit this place

We were warned the service here isn't good.... however we risked it, just to meet some friends for drinks. The first round was served fairly swiftly. Then a massive crowd of about 20 people arrived for a booking. The one waitress waiting on was clearly...out of her depth. The crowd of people had made a reservation but their tables had been occupied by others as far as I could gather.... so they were all just stood on the beach waiting..... We were ready for more drinks and I could see it was no use trying to get the waitresses attention so I stood up and went to the bar. One bar person making all the drinks. She shouted through to the kitchen to ask if they would ring someone to come and help... she was responded to with a rude "No!" The drinks orders were getting mixed up. People were waiting to pay. I stood there 30 minutes to order myself a Mudslide. (When I got it I was very disappointed.... it wasn't like any other mudslide I've tasted). I asked if I could pay immediately, we'd spent enough time there. She told me she'd sort the bill. This annoyed me as I knew we'd be waiting forever. Another 30 minutes passed.... I was ready to leave money on the table and walk away. My husband asked for the bill another THREE times. Finally it came and they had added 10% service charge!!!!! What the hell? On what planet do these people think they automatically deserve a service charge? I'm in the mind that should be optional for GOOD SERVICE. NOT MANDATORY. Save yourselves from this place and go elsewhere. Seriously.More

Very nice beach bar on a beautiful beach - good shade for eating and food was fine and reasonably priced You need to park in the road opposite and find the stairs down - bit lacking in signage !

Ju Ju's is a nice friendly place, they serve good cold beer and do excellent value fish platters. We drank there most days of our holiday and ate there a couple of times too. It's a shame that they close so early (last orders for...food is around 6.15pm). Be aware that there's a 10% service charge on everything, so even if you just want a beer (advertised as $6) you'll actually pay $6.50.More

Went to JuJus most lunchtimes throughout our holiday. Get out of your hotel and support the local businesses. The food is good quality and value for this stretch of St James, and it’s just a nice for kicking back and enjoying a drink. It might...appear a little rough around the edges but it’s authentic with friendly service. Give them a try.More

Prices aren’t cheap for a simple feet in the sand beach bar but probably based on being located between the 5* Fairmont Hotel and the top notch Lone Star restaurant this is to be expected. Last orders are shortly after sunset (5:30ish pm in October)...so get here in time for the ever changing but always spectacular sunsets. It’s basically flying fish cutters (sandwiches) or a selection of local fish fried or blackened with salad and fries. Fish of the day was a delicious delicate amberfish (amberjack) with fried onions one day and blackened baracuda another time. Oh and of course some excellent rum punches and local beers. Late October the terrace was being extended but that’ll leave plenty of room for tables in the sand too.More

We went to JuJu’s for a quick meal in the evening and it is a great little place. The drinks were good, service friendly and food good. The location is great and we had a choice of a table on the sand or the decked...area. The kitchen and staff were all very accommodating and i would certainly recommend a visit for lunch of early evening meal.More

Juju's was a short walk from our apartment. We would normally grab lunch (cutter) and a rum punch. A bit pricey. We would often share a cutter and fries. However, it's a great location, right on the beach. The food comes out prompt and hot....The service was kool. They get straight to the point. They also would give change back in US currency or BBD.More

I live on the island and can certainly reccomend this spot. The owner, in fairness I know personally but thisis a gem that has become well known over the last few years. The food is brilliant value, the staff as friendly as you would hope...for but the place is a spit and saw dust vibe but with amazing food. Trying the Tuna as an example is as good a fish meal as you will get anywhere and I include high end restaurants that I also love but will not name.More

Ju Ju’s is a great bar and cafe on the beach - you can also access via steps from the main road. Park in Storehouse Road - nearly opposite - or the first road on the right up SR if the parking is difficult. The...place was rebuilt in 2022. Noticed vegan burgers and sausages on the menu, so tried the burger which was well presented with hand cut French fries, coleslaw made by them, and cheese. There was also some pepper sauce that they make there in the condiments. Prices are reasonable too - and you can watch the sunset if you go at the right time. Local phone is 268 6093 and there are tables in the bar and on the beach.More
