“Beyond Expectations”
Reviewed 21 March 2018 for a stay in March 2018

The home owner was almost to good to be true from start to finish. She went above and beyond for us and I can't thank her enough. We were unsure about the location and she gave us all the pros and cons of where Sugar hill was located and it turned out to be the perfect place to stay. Marcia who manages the house was fantastic too. The whole experience was seamless from the moment we arrived at the airport until the time we left. I honestly can not say enough good things about our experience with these people and this house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely amazing vacation. We will be back!

“Beautiful home in a beautiful country”
Reviewed 23 January 2018 for a stay in January 2018

My extended family and I spent seven wonderful days in this gorgeous island home. The house itself is beautiful and included very comfortable beds and adequate supplies to allow us to make meals for all seven of our party. The additional space provided by the small adjacent cottage provided a private space for any member of the family who prefers some quiet time.

Amenities included an expansive porch with incredible views of the ocean, a hot tub, plunge pool and ping pong table. The property is part of the Sugar Hill Resort, thereby, allowing us to enjoy either of the large public pools or the lighted tennis courts. The small restaurant on site provided us with an occasional lunch and numerous island beverages at reasonable prices. The nearby beaches are small and require a car to easily reach them, and the nearby town of Hometown provided a variety of restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, and an array of clubs for those who enjoy late night drinks and dancing.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated as royalty by Marcia, our host. Service included pre-arrival shopping, which ensured that we had an adequate supply of beer, wine, and food upon arrival. The mid-week cleaning and fresh linens was a wonderful addition. The owner, Amanda, also was wonderful to deal with; she was very flexible and accommodating regarding a member of our party who arrived two days late.

I highly recommend this wonderful property.
