We stayed for 4 nights at the family suite. The rooms are pond facing. The room has all basic necessities, as available in most good 4 star hotels, very spacious rooms, beautifully designed, large king size bed, tea and coffee sackets, kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, etc. We had some lovely time having morning breakfasts in the small garden overlooking the small pond in front of the room. The evening camp fires were again memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant is good, for photography. Food is Ok. Services are good. They were kind to provide us, kichiri on our request for our little one.Thanks. Mr Kalitha at the resort was very positive, helpful, quite knowledgeable and ever smiling. Listen to his advice without much prejudice. He gave us sound advice on where all to visit and his suggested rates for gypsy etc were reasonable. Cons. It is located far from the kaziranga main entrance, the closest entrance is 30 mins drive. The food could have been better. The place has a lot of potential, needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. The entrance to the resort can be improved. The resort being on a far end is adjacent to a tea estate, has two large ponds, a large KINGKONG. The available assets can be used, like introducing boating, angling, vis to tea estate, some local dance programs, improve the kids play area, have souviners, wood artifacts at the large reception,...More
