Lovely resort although some distance away from Kohora Zone. Nice clean rooms. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff led by the very able and courteous resort manager, Mr Anand Kalita. Nice and decent breakfast spread. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you, Team Summit Green Village Resort. (BTW Spa is not yet ready)
Just a couple of suggestions -
1) A bath mat outside the shower cubicle will help
2) Slow drainage of shower water (may be the drain is partially choked).More

We stayed at the Summit Green Village Resort & Spa for 2 nights and 3 days & was hugely impressed by the staff/ management willingness to go over & beyond to make sure that your stay at the property is comfortable. There were couple of instances where we didn't expect them to provide us services but they made sure our requests were met. Food at the restaurant is awesome while Mr. Hazarika excels in the service too. Manager Mr. Manav/Anand is open to listen to your requests and provides an early resolutions to queries.
Yes there're areas that they could try and improve but I'll give them benefit of doubt since it's a new property and still under construction. I am sure this resort will be coming up good (or the best in town) in the next year or two once they are fully operational.
