Food was good. There were 2 indians in our group and they appreciated the meal so that is a good sign. Even though the owner is Pakistani apparently and not Indian :-). He was definitely friendly. He carried our daughter around for a while so that my wife and I could both eat.

We came here as only Indian restaurant in the area. The food was fine, it wasn't the best we had by a long shot and lacked flavour, but it was nice enough. The portions were small but there is enough and we had a rice/ naan each. We didn't have any starters/ wine. The waiter encouraged us to each have naan bread which we declined as we would not have been able to eat it. At the end, we wanted to pay and leave and despite already declining a desert, he gave us the dessert menu. For the second time, we declined a desert and asked for the bill! Despite it not being busy, he calculated the bill, wrote it out and rather than giving it to us, he washed up! It appeared like he was trying to make a point. At this point, my partner ( we had a long day) calculated the bill himself, handed him the fee and left without waiting for the bill. We weren't happy with the service!

In addition to that, I ordered a Coca Cola light. For medical reasons I ordered that rather than full fat coke. A coke came out, I asked him to check that it was a light one and he tried to pass a coke off as a Coca Cola light insisting that this was a light one ( yet the bottle said otherwise)! My partner drank this.

Quite average Indian food at premium prices. At first prices appear standard, but when you add the price of white rice, the total seems high. Service was great and the outside seating is nestled right into the pedestrian street.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant, with the usual range of Indian food. Friendly and professional service. Right in the centre, a couple of minutes' walk from the Place de Théâtre. Two starters + three main courses + two naans + half a bottle of wine + one beer + one coke = €88.
