Great accommodation, the food was more than perfect, rooms were big, warm and clean. Close to the ski slopes at Molltal Glacier and also many other ski options in the surrounding area. Definitely will recommend it and would like to come back

I've been comong to this hotel for many years now and I have always been satisfied with value for money. Great service, relaxed personel and always happy to help. I like hotel even more since it was refurbished. Wellness area could be bigger though but still has its charm.

Definately one of top 3 stays when skiing on Mölltaler glacier and nearby ski areas

I have never experienced such bad service in whole Austria. When asking for extra cutlery the waitress refused to bring any. When complaining about she said she is actually the boss and did not offer any solution. The cutlery on the smorgasbord was extremely dirty. I donor recommend this hotel to stay at.

Of course, it's been some years since the Sporthotel was the best adress in town but if you consider that in the beginning of March which is top season to ski on a glacier you get an excellent halfboard with good dinner and excellent breakfast, very spacious rooms and a nice small wellness area, all that just 10 min away from the bottom station of the ski train for 59€/adult...it's an excellent choice! go there and enjoy the Mölltal slopes which are empty even in March!

If you want to enjoy your skiing time and not bother with cooking and housekeeping - this hotel is for you.
- prices are reasonable,
- clean rooms,
- friendly staff,
- excellent kitchen (breakfast and dinner),
- internet. Good one, but don't expect UltraHD streaming video though :). Come on, you did not come to the mountains for this!
- ski storage
- 10 minutes drive or free bus to the ski lift area
- Small pool with jakuzzi, sauna and steam bath
- "Oh-my-god-i-forgot-my-helmet/gloves/poles" - your basic ski shop across the road
what else to wish for? Oh, plus a chance to bump into some top-10 FIS skiers (especially in the beginning of the season) in the hotel lobby!

Make sure you check the weather on the glacier in advance, it can change from sun to fog in hours.

Room Tip: Second floor is definitely a good choice. Also makes sense to have a room facing backyard.
