You can't go wrong with this one. Best Chinese Mauritian food around. Prices are unbelievably reasonable. You know it's good when the locals line-up! Great for a quick takeout lunch or to reheat later for dinner or late night snack!

Every day there is a line up of at least 10 people in line - waiting for the food - usually 2 tourists and the rest locals so for me that means the place is terrific and it is.

Staying just a short walk from here it is easy access. We had a meal from here and ate it overlooking the beach. Price is very reasonable, portions are good and the owner very friendly. The food was very very tasty and we would have eaten here more often but we are evening eaters and it closes somewhere between 4pm and 5pm. Don't pass this by it is well worth a visit. An awful lot of locals queue up to eat here and that speaks volumes. We leave here on Sunday but we are planning to eat there tomorrow as a treat! The treat is good food with a superb view!!!

I was staying near Trou aux Biches and would drop in to have some "boulettes" on my way back. These are really nice and I will recommend to those who want to try Mauritian (Chinese) street food.

It wasn't the best I have had.. but it was nice to experience Mauritian Chinese.
All the food was readymade. You just point and pick what you want.
They have fried noodles, steamed dumplings, tofu and poached fishballs.
Things were very cheap and you can bring your bowl to beach side and enjoy the view while eating. The fish balls were good.
We actually drove past it a few times without realising...saw a long queue around lunch time
