Arrived to find our room was ver tired condition with major issues!

1. No hot water.
2. Very poor quality Wifi.
3. Broken TV
4. Toilet was in the middle of bathrom(really).
I immediately reported the issues to staff. They came and had a look then wandered off. Nothing fixed! An hour is so later mentioned nothing was fixed and could they repair or change our room? Was told everything would be fixed on our return from dinner. Came back and nothing ha been done.
The following morning asked for things to be fixed again. Was told no problems it would be done whilst I was at breakfast. I go into restraunt for breakfast and there is nothing left to eat!
Come back from breakfast still no hot water!
I ask for a discount on the bill and have to have a huge argument just to get a 20% discount!!!
Avoid this one!

Room tip: Don't ever stay in any rooms

Unfortunately there were many mosquitoes in the room when we arrived
Fortunately, the small store across the road stocked bug spray.
The main road in town is an interesting place to walk and meet the locals.
The pool area looked very uninviting during our stay.

I just need one night before leaving Flores. The staff at reception is friendly and understands English. Free airport shuttle and breakfast. Clean swimming pool. Good size room although no windows but working AC, TV, WiFi and hot shower. Relatively expensive compared with Labuan Bajo but better than Moni. Mini market opposite for basic needs and Nadi Padang close walking distance. Hotel has restaurant yet to try.

Been here for attending a wedding for three nights and nothing to complain about.

I had a room right in front of the pool and I feel that is the best view since sunlight can come easy to my room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is very efficient.

Staffs are friendly in refer to east people in Indonesia have "grumpy face" but they are nice and kind actually.

The best part, it's only take less than 3 minutes to the airport by car.

Ende is a small town near Kelimutu mountain park that world famous with its three colour crater lake.

Weather in Ende is quite hot... Rainy day is only 3 months per year, usually around end of December until March.

This hotel located in the town 2 hours away from Kelimutu mountain park. It is a very standard hotel but in a small city like Ende lower your comfort expectation.

Check in process is fast and staff were nice and helpful (typical of native in Flores). I stayed in superior room for 2 nights in front of a small swimming pool.

The room is very standard, have WiFi with low speed Internet access, bedroom is just okay, obsolete TV with not working cables, air conditioning (not cold enough thou), electric kettel and coffee, bathroom with shower and hot water. All is not well maintained but not too bad either.

Breakfast is not tasty at all with very limited choice but in walking distance from hotel you can find Roda Baru Padang Restaurant with quite tasty and had many food variant.

Tips: If you have plan to see sunrise in Kelimutu, start to leave the hotel at 3 AM sharp... Sunrise is around 5.15 AM.
The view is spectacular and breath taking.
