Breakfast is poor according the price the ask idr450000, no windows to sunlight. Wifi is okey, room is clean with air condition working well. Take rooms up, seems to be better but more expensive. 600.000 is what they ask.

Room Tip: Take rooms upstears

The hotel is only 5 minutes from airport and easy to find. The hotel is clean. We stayed at deluxe room. The room is spacious but unfortunately they don't have extra bed. Our room has no window. No tea in the room, but there is a kettle. Breakfast is average.
Anyway, this is still the best hotel in Ende and you will not expect more for small city like Ende.

The regular rooms have no windows. The deluxe rooms have windows. However the bathroom is a disaster. Smells like you are in a sewage plant!! And every time we turned on lights we found roaches hiding on the shower curtains.

WiFi did not work. Sheets had stains. Breakfast was very basic, my wife got I'll that day, not sure if it was from breakfast or not.

All in all, not worth the price tag. I would look to stay in Moni instead... A guesthouse/hostel would have been much cleaner.

The staff weren't helpful with wifi problem but other than that they were nice. There is a free shuttle to the airport a few minutes away.

We stayed here one night because road construction made the journey from kelimutu Lodge 3-4 hours and we couldn't risk missing our plane. The place had the feel of a Soviet style hotel even tho it is the best hotel in town. There was nothing charming about it. But it was clean and it had a pool full of screaming kids.

Room Tip: one not near the pool

The accommodation was perfect but very poor customer service. Front desk staff very unfriendly, limited English and not helpful. Breakfast buffet very limited food, no staff working, The hotel and rooms were excellent but they really need to work on their customer service skills
