excellent

Very good service .i will totally recommend it. The chef was very good . He rty to make whatever we want. My brother and my husband loved this place since it is so close to nature. The pool facility was also good . The pool was clean and tidy. The towel service was also good. we paid good tip because we loved it. I f i go back in Kerala i will certainly go back there

VERY VERY GOOD HOTEL

Very very good hotel in Thekkady with lot of Fun Games for tourist. Games,Food as well as Owned Plantation tours are also attractive. I thought in this area not a single hotel is better than this. I every year or within 3 year 2 times visited but this one is very very good.

Room tip: very very good cottages with all amenities with Pool, Game, Spice Plantation Tour.

Into The Woods

Just been there for 3 days , what a great time I had in this wonderful property,
1st the whole property gives you a feel like ur into the forest , I have not seen so many trees in any other hotels in this city,
2nd all staffs are super friendly , they receive us with smile and very polite and humble to serve all our needs.
3rd it has got nice pool area and activities area like carrom, archery, table tennis, chess and fish spa and ayur spa and massage ( I took it)
4th food was also great all the time.
I will not say must see or visit , rather I say must experience this property.

Room tip: call the front office they will assist you with ur needs, but its not the budget hotel,

classy place

i loved the overall package , the place is rustic , well maintained, close to nature,
lively staff. the spa is excellent. my children were kept occupied by the play area staff while we relaxed at spa .staff is also great at guiding you around.
i must say the resturant serves excellent
food. its gourmet.loved the fish curry, jam, pickles. had a great time chatting with the chef who has a great eye for detail.On request i was even handed over the fish curry recipe by the executive chef himself!
all in all we loved cardamom county

Our staff are also trained to guide you for a holistic experience and we take delight in serving excellent food. All our produce are straight from the farm and we follow farm to table philosophy.

At the heart of the Kumily own

Cardamom garland welcoming, fruit punch and everthing we thoroughly enjoyed our two days stay at Cardamom County. The cottage in the centre of the resort is simply excellent, clean and pleasant. Chef JK was very personalised in his approach and we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner. Restaurant team is always cheerful and helpful, recommending certain dishes and accomodating to your tastes. The resort is on the heart of the town and all the shoping centers are in walkable distance. We really enjoyed the elephant ride and forest trekking which have soaked us.

Will visit again

Room tip: Check before occuping to get a room with better view.
