We stayed at the Lady Hamilton side of Grand Palladium. Requested a room close to the central hub as we were traveling with my parents who are in their late 80's but still quite mobile. We were placed in villa 27 which is as close as you can get!! The rooms were huge! Plenty of closet and drawer space, in room safe, large balcony, etc. Air conditioning worked great and plenty of water pressure and hot water. Our mini bar was fully stocked at all times. I asked for extra Red Stripe and got it, no problem mon! The grounds of the Grand Pallidum are gorgeous!! It was sunny and 83 there and cloudy and 23 at home, how could we complain!!? Massive pool could use some refurbishment but was clean and inviting. There could be 100 people in the pool and you'd never know it! Shows were about what you'd expect. Michael Jackson tribute was the best and the circus show also very fun. Bob Marley band rocked! Food at this resort is average. The dinner buffet might actually be better than the specialty restaurants. That was our experience anyway. We ate at the italian, mexican, steakhouse, and Jamacian. Italian was the best. But we ate plenty and I gained 5 pounds! We'll be back.

Had a wonderful experience an.d very friendly staff. Need better seating for seniors and people with disabilities.

An upgrade fee was introduced to be able to use the adults only pool after we had booked. The main pool had loud music and drunk people most of the day. Beach was tiny and dirty with empty food plates and cups
