People here are amazing and service is really good too, they have an entertainment team that are around all day doing activities aswell as coming round in the sports bar to challenge people to games. Akeem was the man (not great at pool so if you needed a confidence booster go and find him.) entertainment is also in the evening with different bands, artists and also fun games which are always hosted really well and fun.

The rooms were very smart and had all you need in there to make it comfy. Live tv aswell as YouTube is always nice. The fridge was free and refilled everyday aswell as the room being cleaned everyday was always amazing.

The food was amazing. Buffet had a good selection the restaurants we also very good. Pool bar was always a vibe aswell as the bar next to the beach with the jerk hut, again the people were amazing.

Nice and easy to get around, although a big complex it is nice and easy to navigate,

10/10 experience will come back here again

Food was disgusting. If you value the food you eat , do not stay here. Frozen imported processed (probably imitation bioengineered meat as well) was inedible. I was starving the whole trip.
The resort itself is pretty.

The beaches need a seaweed backlog clean up and left a distinct seaweed smell.

In room service was lacking. In room phone to call shuttle was non existent, phone was off the hook/not working. Friends tried to order room service and that was a nightmare.

Alcohol was watered down bottle barrel stuff. Espresso martinis were good tho as well as the small coffee shop.

The customer service and overall experience at the hotel was great. Staff are friendly and courteous, food was on point, and I enjoyed my stay.
