Very disappointed with hotel..we asked for my mom's room to be decorated a bit for her 90th bday and they did nothing...sad for her...

J came to buried my mom and the service overall could be better the room the bathroom was not clean I had to call front desk to clean it right away not good for business the vent was dripping water in the passage way

All was good. I really like hotel and trip at all . (Some minuses:1) very limited fruits; 2) not enough fresh vegetables; 3) not testy desserts; 4) personal di all good but just without any smile - looks as they are not friendly at all) .
In general - hotel is good, big territory; some beaches; you can find all for you . I highly recommend

After reading the reviews about Lady Hamilton my husband and I considered changing our reservation. I am so glad we didn't. This is our honest review
We have found everything great, yes the rooms are slightly dated but who goes on holiday to sit in their room ? They are cleaned to perfection every day, even our bath being run with milky bubbles for us to dip in when we get back from the pool. We have eaten in most of the a la carte restaurants with El Dorada being our favourite. Yes all of the starters are buffet style but come on that means you get a nice selection to choose from. The Mexican wasn't to our taste and we did have room service one evening and this was hot and tasty. We didn't have any trouble booking restaurants on the app even though sometimes we had to try and few times.
By far our favourite meal of the day was breakfast as we are early risers we didn't have to queue for anything and the omelettes in mo bay were to die for, don't forget to tip your chef.
Also Nutella crepes are a must.
We didn't enjoy the evening entertainment as we like to retire early however in block 38 we didn't have any trouble with noise.
Many reviews have said staff are hit and miss, I think they must have gone to a different hotel or had dont talk to me faces as all the staff we encountered were friendly and always ready to stand for a few moments and chat. Yes everything is slower than at home but this is Jamacia Man, it's supposed to be... isnt that why you came ? To slow down

Room tip: November can be quite rainy and we experienced storms and rain most afternoons in the first week. We loved this

This resort will harass you to do a timeshare presentation! Transportation will be extremely late (we waited over an hour) or will never show up!
I regret that I booked our honeymoon here and do NOT recommend that anyone stays here! Most staff are not friendly or approachable.
