This resort will harass you to do a timeshare presentation! Transportation will be extremely late (we waited over an hour) or will never show up!
I regret that I booked our honeymoon here and do NOT recommend that anyone stays here! Most staff are not friendly or approachable.

Open arrival We received arm bands that did not work to get us in our room. We had to catch a shuttle back to the lobby once we left and let them reboot our arm bands. We also were told we would not be able to eat a reservation dinner at a restaurant bc we checked too late. Which was not late at all. Also we were locked out of our room for 4 hours one night and they STILL didn't fix the armband situation. Let me explain. The last day of our trip we went on an excursion, when we came back, for the 2nd time, we couldn't get in our room. I had on a wet bathing suit and cover up. We took a shuttle to the lobby and had our bands reset and shuttled back to the room. This still didn't work. Thank God our friends on the same floor let us use their room and phone. We had to call again for somebody to come out and work on the door. He replaced the batteries and That doesn't work. By this time we're about to be late for our dinner reservations at 9:30. I'm nasty and disgusting from the excursion, can't take a shower, have to go to dinner with no underwear and bra, because I can't get in my room to retrieve anything. After dinner we reset our bands again before going back to the room and they still don't work. We call the lobby again and request someone come with a master key to let us in our room bc at this point we've been locked out 4 hours now and tired of running back and forth and nothing is being fixed. So they come and let us in with a master key and our armbands STILL don't work. So the next morning at check out we have to check out with our bags in our friends room, bc we can't get back into our room once we leave and close the door to go get breakfast. Also we called and asked for extra blankets 3 nights in a row and nobody ever brought any. Even asked the front desk ppl and the ladies cleaning the hotel. It was not a good experience and I will never be back nor will I ever recommend this resort to friends or family. You pay to much to be locked out of a room for 4 hours and even locked out twice!! It is unacceptable.
