We stayed for our honeymoon and had a great time. The staff were very attentive and made us feel home. Great food, entertainment, drinks, and service.

You will see children/families in the common areas however this didn’t bother us. Just make sure you sleep in the adult only side, these villas are far enough to give you privacy.

I am super upset that the week flew by so fast. We absolutely love the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. We have been staying there for years. Evey time we step off the shuttle bus on arrival we feel like we are home. I cannot express how much the atmosphere and the employees of the Lady Hamilton hold our hearts.

Every employee at the resort is extremely respectful to us as we are to them. A smile and a friendly good morning etc. goes a long way. The employees work hard to make sure everyone has the best vacation possible. They are constantly picking up after the guests to make sure the property looks polished.

We like Villa 32 as it is far away from the main building. There are shuttles but we prefer to walk. We like to enjoy the adult pool for some morning peace then we shift to the main pool for afternoon fun. We love the POP gang they usually have some activity going on. Pool aerobics and bike aerobics are always a great activity before indulging in lunch.

The buffets at the resort are plentiful. We like to do the Blue Lagoon buffet for breakfast, when it is open, as the view is spectacular. Miss Lou's is also a great stop for a coffee, dessert or a specialty drink. For lunch we switch off between the Jerk Chicken Hut, the Xtra Time Sports Bar and the buffet. There are 8 a la carte restaurants at the resort. We enjoy those for our dinner. Each one has it's own flair. We like the change they have made where the appetizers are at the salad bar. This way you can graze as you please. It also frees up time for the servers.

They do have nightly entertainment from bands to shows. We love the Michael Jackson show it is a must see for us. This year they added Bob Marley, we enjoyed it thouroughly. Also they added Bingo night. The cards are $10.00 per card and they have 3 winners. I happened to win the blackout which was a $200.00 resort credit. I treated my family to wine and lobster. I do think the resort should consider donating some of the monies taken in to a Jamaican charity. Even if it is only once a month. They could advertise it and possibly more people would play. Just a thought. Also, on a side note, The hotel is doing a Christmas Toys For Tots Drive and a Holiday Clothing and Toiletry Drive. If you are going bertween now and December 20th please consider donating!

I would like to give a shout out to some employees. Ayesha Patterson and your entire front desk staff. You made sure our check in was seamless. Everytime I stopped at the desk the staff was courteous and helpful. Subrina Frazer, your customer service skills are above and beyond. Coleen Kerr you do an outstanding job at keeping the lobby and entertainment areas clean. Tamare Hibbert you always make sure our room is clean and well stocked, you truly are the best! Winsome Fairclough you are a great bartendress, Neil Gardner you as well rock the Xtra Time Sports bar you make a great team. Donovan, one of our absolute favorite bartenders as well. Kevon you rock the swim up bar. Romona thanks for the large smiles while serving out great ice cream. Chef Ching Ching, thank you for the great habachi show and the fabulous meal in Sumptuori! I could go on and on every employee deserves a huge pat on the back you always go above and beyond for us! We miss you already. Until the next time. ONE LOVE!!!
