Where to start. This was our kids first time in Jamaica and first and foremost they loved the kids club! The staff are so attentive, there are activities all day and they are so friendly our kids loved being there. Huge thank you to Kenicia, Tashae, Shantay, Shaquanna, Michaela and Krysan for keeping our kids Isabelle and Leo safe and happy at mini club! They were asking to go everyday without fail they loved you guys!
The waiting staff were all amazing at all of the restaurants, super friendly, always chatted to us and our kids and always remembered us and even knew our kids names. The housekeeper for our room (3329) was so lovely and kind and kept our room so beautiful, clean towels daily and clean linen every couple of days. The bell boys were great also able to get a lift all around the resort. A little tip for staff is always nice, but they are honestly friendly without and nothing is too much trouble! You want mimosas for breakfast - you got it! Pools were fun including the kids pool which was manned at all times by a lifeguard. All bars were tidy and the staff were very friendly. We have loved our break.
Always lovely to visit the Palladium in Jamaica, it is our favorite place to go. Having been to Jamaica at least 10 times in as many years, we continue to feel it is the best choice even though you pay a little more than other Caribbean destinations. As travel club members we enjoy reservations every night and the benefits of the private beach and travel club. Our membership is for Jr. Suite and we find the rooms to be everything we need as we don't spend any time there when on vacaion.
Overall stay was positive. We had only 3 full days which 2 of them we spent on Spa. It was a great experience, beautiful views, weather was excellent - we couldn’t ask for more. My husband loved the trip since it was his birthday gift.
Ppl of Grand Palladium were wonderful- hard workers with beautiful smile and attitude. Enjoyed every minute of the stay.
