From the moment we arrived we knew this wasn’t going to be the holiday we were used to.

We arrived late, 3.30am due to the flight being 1hr delayed and then our “express transfer” not being available but the normal transfer possible- made no sense! We booked through love holidays and won’t be using them again!

Although the accommodation was nice (we stayed in a lion heart premium lodge) There was no cot in our room for the baby and we were told the sofa bed was made up for him! He’s 14months. So we bed shared until the morning.
The next day we had to pay €40 for a travel cot. This was not included in the booking, despite it being very clear we had a baby in the party.
Just crazy how a cot doesn’t come as standard when you have booked an infant on the booking.

Each day there just seemed to be something else “not included” and the resort just want to make money from all these ‘extras’ which should just be included on an “all inclusive”. This irritated me and just felt like they were wanting money all the time.

The food is pretty terrible, cold and lacking any consistency.
Our boys (1, 6 and 7) basically lived off pasta and chips, they’re not fussy but there was just nothing else. People were leaving so much food as it was just terrible.
One day there might have been cucumber to liven it up slightly, but not everyday. It was just awful to be honest.

The pools/slides are okay, but cold (to be expected at this time of year) but around the pool is filthy! No one is clearing up and people just chuck their food, plates and rubbish everywhere.
It needs a revamp and some basic cleaning going on. The top pool is much nicer and the bar man was lovely.

The entertainment is dire, nothing really going on in between the odd activity. Which isn’t suitable for all ages.

Everything seems to be on at the same time, the boys wanted to do scootering/mini golf but it all opens at the same time as the pool. So then there in the pool.

The kids club was inconsistent and our boys went for 45mins here and there, one day the man shouted at me as i opened the gate the let my child out, we had been stood waiting for ages and he had no urgency to let him out.

Although the Halloween parade was good afterwards there was nothing for the kids until 8pm, then they had to line up for a Halloween costume competition! It was boring and not really for the children. They would have been happy with a Halloween disco for 45mins.
The kids entertainment didn’t start until 8.30pm each evening, just far too late. They played in the arcade or park after dinner and then it was just waiting round for a dire show/ mini disco for 30mins at 8.30pm

It just seems everything is a bit mismatched and random, I couldn’t put my finger on it. Just bizarre and not thought through from everything, the food, surroundings, entertainment..
Although our older boys enjoyed most of it, we won’t return!

We would like to thank you for your cooperation by sending us the evaluation of your stay and the points that you have observed that could be improved, as your comments make us continue to be leaders in the sector.
On the day of your arrival at the establishment we gave you a welcome letter, where we inform you about FORMULA 24 and FORMULA POST 24 for situations similar to the one you have told us about, and so that during your stay you can inform us about those deficiencies you find and can be solved while enjoying your vacations, but not after them as it helps to improve the vacations of future customers but not your own.
The crib is a service that must be booked in addition to your reservation and must be specified in your reservation. If the agency has not booked it as part of your reservation, you can pay the amount at the front desk upon arrival and our staff will automatically enter it in the cabin. This information is also reflected in the welcome letter that the client receives upon arrival during check in. We regret that your agency did not make this arrangement, but you must understand that the Hotel does not know whether or not you needed a crib.
Ultra All Inclusive guests with less than four nights have 1 themed restaurant, Pizza service in Cabaña, daily restocking of the Minibar and visits to other establishments. The reservation of the thematic restaurant services, visits to other establishments and excursions must be booked through our App always subject to availability to ensure the capacity and provide the highest quality to our customers. In the event that a customer can not enjoy any service uti customer service colleagues will be happy to personally study each case always looking for the best solution for our customer.
Regarding the food, it is something very personal and depends on the tastes and perception of each person. We also have a quality control in each restaurant and in each service making a menu test by our management team in each establishment to respect the quality standards also have daily and weekly safety filters with suggestion sheets, quality questionnaires attended by our chefs and maîtres respect for all products in order to offer the best in our wide and varied catering service.
Regarding maintenance, the establishment has technical services personnel, in charge of supervising, repairing and improving any possible defect or imperfection that may arise at any time. We would also like to inform you that, as far as cleaning is concerned, the areas department consists of a housekeeper and approved supervisors, in charge of supervising daily cleaning. We take very seriously the welfare of our customers and that is why cleanliness is essential.
Our clients' suggestions are our most precious weapon for improvement. Little by little, thanks to the suggestions of our customers, we are improving and we are right now improving all the services and facilities for the next season. We hope that if you give us the opportunity again, you will be able to appreciate it for yourself and give us your comments again. We would have been delighted to hear your suggestions which we will of course consider in our improvement program.

Just got home today after travelling as a family of 5 with 3 children, DO NOT believe all the bad reviews.

Both Pool areas brilliant, lodge cleaned with fresh towels and sheets every single day, food was good for the money you pay, I do not understand all the negative comments on this, it’s very harsh in our opinion , if you want 5 star quality, pay 5 star prices.

We always had a decent meal, yes it’s repetitive as all large resorts catering for hundreds of people are. I’ve no idea what these people eat at home.

Drinks, fantastic !! All branded including Guiness on tap at night which was decent and I’ve never had this in Spain before.

Entertainment good but was too late for the kids and that is the only negative can give this place.

Plenty going on day and night for everybody, well done to Magic Robin Hood we all had a brilliant holiday and are sad to be home.

Upon arrival at 1:30pm our room still wasn’t ready, and we had to wait a further 2 hours to be able to get changed and check into our rooms.

The bedsheets on the bunk beds were heavily stained with old blood from the previous occupants, I complained to the Jet2 rep and these were rectified however it was disgusting.

The activities were all booked up when we arrived meaning we were able to participate and the food was awful but got better throughout the week.

The swimming pool was exceptionally cold, but the children soldiered on and enjoyed the slides.

The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and their alcohol to soft drink ratio was strong. The Halloween celebrations were fantastic, all in all I wouldn’t return.

We take your opinion into account but we would have appreciated if you had expressed your problems through Formula24, Formula Post24 or the suggestion sheets during your stay so that we could have helped you while enjoying your vacation. A clear example of this is that some clients have expressed an opinion similar to yours and we have helped to make their stay better.
The check-in and check-out times of the rooms are set according to the regulations of the Valencian community for establishments of our category. Although the official schedule is at 17:00, we always deliver our cabins before this time, and in the meantime, our guests can make use of all our facilities and services as a courtesy of the hotel. The all-inclusive service ends at 12:00 noon on the day of departure, as indicated on our website and on the voucher received by the client when the reservation is formalized.
Referring to the food, it is something very personal for everyone and depends on the tastes and perception of each person. We also have a quality control in each restaurant and in each service making a menu test by our management team in each establishment to respect the quality standards also have daily and weekly safety filters with suggestion sheets, quality questionnaires attended by our chefs and maîtres respect for all products in order to offer the best in our wide and varied catering service.

Just come back from 5 nights in Robin Hood, we had a premium garden lodge with hot tub, couldn’t fault the lodge, cleaned every day with fresh towels. Kids enjoyed the hot tub as it was hit & miss with the weather, the swimming pool was freezing. Can’t say anything wrong with the resort itself, plenty of lifeguards around the pools & slides which kids enjoyed when the sun was out. The drinks were good, well known spirits & soft drinks. The let down is the FOOD wouldn’t feed it to a dog, plus in the buffet restaurant birds flying about with droppings all over! Very unhygienic!! It cost us a fortune going to Albir & Benidorm by taxi for some decent food. Entertainment if that’s what you call it was very poor. If they got the food right this place would be ideal for a family holiday. Will not be returning.

I'm not usually one for writing a review but here we go, we just came back from a Nottingham lodge all inclusive. When we first arrived, the attitude of staff on reception was terrible. I had previously called the hotel and then (as they requested) the head office, as my flight had been changed by 12 hours later, so I had to tell them I wasn't a no show. When I spoke, staff said even though I was 12 hours later than I had paid for, my room wasn't ready, and after telling reception that wasn't very good, I was told they didn't need to give me a room at all, so I should be greatful. So that was a bad start.

The place is a bit run down, the lodge was ok, but had cracks in ceiling and water wasn't hot in the shower. And a small but annoying thing was there is a shelf along the bed where your pillow is, that you hit your head on if you aren't careful. The mini fridge had beer and soft drinks, they didn't get refilled during the time we were there.

The pool was a disappointment, during the summer it would be amazing I'm sure, but during October, at 21 degrees, the pool wasn't heated at all and was freezing, colder than the sea was.

Food was the up side, lots of choice and tasted good, and the entertainment was good also.

All in all, won't be going back.

Room tip: Bring a wet suit for the pool

In addition, for stays of 5 nights or more (4 at Villa Venecia) this service is FREE (only available from the booking process on our website).

Stole €60 out of fastened handbag from my 15 year old daughter! Also €10 from the side table. Management did not care or resolve! Read the other reviews before coming here especially Facebook and enter Stolen as you will find that many items are stolen
