“Perfect villa for a sun-drenched getaway”

Modern, clean and comfortable - we had a fabulous stay at the Oasis apartment villa. It was perfectly situated, just a stone's throw from the main street in Albir with a huge array of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from and only a short walk to the beach.
The villa itself was better than we could have hoped for. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and had a lovely outside area - a private garden with bbq and dining table as well as use of a communal pool, which was well kept and refreshing.
Other residents we met were very friendly, giving a community feel to the area. And the owner, Alison, was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there - we would happily recommend to friends and family and would stay there again.

“Lovely modern, bright and airy townhouse in an ideal location.”

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay at this lovely townhouse for six months from Oct 2012 until April 2013. From the first enquiry Alison made the booking process easy and with no pressure, she was helpful and professional. The house was a good size for us and our little 'westie' as was the garden and patio area and everything was spotlessly clean, in fact what you see on the advertisement is what you actually get!
The location was ideal for us also, it was quiet, but plenty going on with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants only minutes away, although it is a good 20 minute walk to the beach and promenade that didn't bother us at all, Nightlife in Albir is quite 'sedate' so for a more lively day/night out, Benidorm is only a 10 minute drive away, or buses run every 20 minutes from the bottom of the road, also beautiful Altea is a must to visit, with more upmarket bars and restaurants and a more 'Spanish' feel to it.
All in all we had a great 'extended vacation' and our stay was made even more enjoyable by the owners who were lovely, very welcoming and helpful and were only a phone call away if we needed anything, nothing was a problem for them, so thank you Alison and Terry we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely townhouse.

Liked best: All of the ground floor and the garden outside space.
Liked least: A few 'niggles' with the master bedroom, but they were rectified imediately when mentioned.

“Lovely townhouse in lovely town of Albir”
Reviewed 8 November 2012 for a stay in October 2012

The townhouse is decorated lovely with lots of quality fixture and fittings. Great spacious garden with views of the mountains.
We were met by Alison who showed us around and was in touch by phone if we needed her.
The townhouse is on a small quiet residential estate just minutes from plenty restaurants and shops. A good 15 min, but enjoyable walk to the beach, which we did most days. The beach although pebbly is lovely, with great views of the coast. You can easily walk along it to the town of Altea, where there is an old church, nice old buildings and plenty of restaurants overlooking the beach. The walk to Albir lighthouse is a must with amazing views all the way. We took local buses to Benidorm and went to the theme park and La Marina shopping mall, both good .
Would not recommend the open top bus, it just takes you to Benidorm and Altea, both places easy to get to with the local buses and much cheaper.
Only one annoying thing, and probably out of Alisons control, is the townhouse next door has what sounds like a rather loud clock that chimes regularly and could be heard during the night!
All in all we had a great holiday and enjoyed staying in the townhouse and the area of Albir.

“Relaxed home from home”

Owner Alison was very welcoming and made the booking of the property very easy. Nicely decorated and well presented house with plenty of pots, pans, glasses to cater for your needs. Rolled up towels on the sunbeds and nice touches throughout the house in readiness of our arrival. The private garden is large with lighting, barbeque and outside kitchen, plenty of space for the four sunbeds and a choice of two eating areas so finding the shade at meal times was easy.
The pool on the complex although small is quiet and the perfect temperature.
Secure residential complex but a good 20 minutes walk to the beach of Albir though this did not bother us, as lots of cafes, bars and restaurants along the way.
There is a bus stop not too far away from the house which will take you to the beach, Altea and Benidorm.
Would definitely return, thanks for a lovely stay Alison.
