The stay at Raviz was unforgettable.Immaculate rooms, cordial staff , wonderful ambience, the pleasant boat ride all added to the tranquility that I experienced .Young and dedicated personnel such as Manasa helped us to feel at home.The breakfast that was served was sumptuous.No stone has been untouched in giving us a complete sense of capturing the joys of drinking deep the charms of Ashtamudi

To start with what an excellent follow up by the reservation team even before we checked into the hotel. The check in was seamless and the front office lady was extremely pleasant while showing us the property and our rooms. The rooms were big, spacious and tastefully done up with a beautiful view of the Ashtamudi lake. The stay was comfortable and the best part was the speed boat ride that was the part of the package. We enjoyed the ride in the evening and got a full circle tour of the magnificent lake. We also enjoyed the Chef Pillai's speciality dish Karimeen Nirvana and Beef coconut Fry. The dishes were phenomenal. However, the only glitch we experienced was the saturday morning breakfast which was not ready even half an hour after the mentioned time. Probably due to the pandemic, the staff crunch was there. However as an avid traveler I feel that if any property is expecting us to pay that kind of price, as a guest even we expect that level of service. Pandemic should not be an excuse to hamper guest experience.
It's a beautiful location with best lake views of ashtamudi lake. Hotel room are amazing..tasty food must try prawns and fish curry...staff are so friendly and welcoming...we will definitely visit again...much love..gargee

The spa services were superb, with great focus on customer wellness. Truly appreciate the services offered by them, especially the consultancy and therapy services provided by Dr. Amrutha and Sai. They focus on understanding the client situations well and provide services as well as suggestions completely in accordance to that. I had a fantastic experience in the spa, availing their services and interacting with them.
