Found the shoe museum on our way back from hols. It was fabulous, although very few men’s shoes appear to have survived .

Probably the best collection of shoes in the UK. A fantastic range of shoes through centuries and sparked childhood meteorites with Clark’s sandals

Was staying the night in Street and in the morning came across the Clark shoe museum . Free entry to an excellent presentation of the doe industry. Loads of exhibits with shoes recognised from my childhood . Plenty of interaction for kids included ,
