We couldn't visit Halifax without checking out this very well known landmark. We had the place to ourselves as we arrived early and the weather was terrible but we did it. Extra caution when the weather is bad.

We missed lobster season by a couple of days. But we avoided the crowds. Pretty much had the place to ourselves.

This place never disappoints us! We have been here 3 times to take in the beauty of this place. It can be windy and cold at times but dress for winter and take of layers if needed. Enjoy!

it sounds dumb when i say a must see attraction. it is nothing but a lighthouse built on a bed of rocks that are washed by the sea day and night. When you get there, all you could see is the barren land with rocks and nothing. But...there is something about this place. you just got to be here to have a picture of yourself with the light house in the back ground, that i what every tourist does, and you would do it too. it is not far from Halifax, it is only 40 minute drive from the city. If you are there, just do it.

Wowwwwwww. What a beautiful place to see. The drive up to Perry's cove itself a beautiful one. The little houses of the fishing village were so beautiful. I was more attracted to the whole scenery of the lighthouse. The Atlantic ocean, the rocks, the waves and the beautiful surrounding were breathtaking. It was cold and windy, but when the sun came up, it was much okay. The ocean looked so beautiful. Worth the drive and didn't want to leave Peggys cove at all.
