It's been an official trip with family for more than a week, The stay at Kaula Inn, was just perfect for a suite room and a feel like home Experience.

I, love the stay in relation to
Food, Safety, Security, Ambience, Service, and Stay.

It's a feeling of being home.

Negetative comment : Didn't Feel, See or didnt notice any thing negetative. All has been good and Positive.

Will, be back to the same place if I to visit Kerala, Kanpur again.

We had a confirmed booking from booking.com and the hotel didn't honor it. They were fully booked and on the upside the management was very kind to help us out. They gave us their phone to deal with booking.com (who claimed they still see the reservation in the hotel's system) and they also checked availabilities at a nearby hotel and drove us there. On the downside it is simply unprofessional to keep your hotel listed with maybe the most renowned global hotel broker and then not honor their bookings. They claim to have frequent problems with this. So the right thing is to fix it or suspend it. Otherwhise people are tempted to think the hotel just optimizes its revenue with higher paying or commission-free customers - or accept the others in case the rooms aren't full. A guaranteed booking is a guaranteed booking. Handle with care.

The rooms were quite good.
We had booked two rooms for our family. They allotted one room in the first floor and the other in the second floor. Though we had booked several days in advance, we could not get rooms in the same floor.
The reception staff need to be more friendly and helpful.
The restaurant and the food were quite good. Buffet breakfast was reasonable.
