This is an excellent beach property with great view. The room opens to a Coconut Grove n then a sea which is a very rare view. One should visit this place just to experience the excellent view, peace and privacy. There is no food thatbis served here but can order food via swigy.

The location is the only advantage. Right next to the beach.
The facility requires renovation and cleanliness.
Cockroaches are common in ground floor. The toilets are stained.
Some of the rooms do not have hot water and they bring it in buckets when asked!
The bed linen are stained. Towels dirty. Cleanliness is comparable to a cheap lodge. It is indeed one. Stay here if you want to be disappointed

I recently visited this property with my family. hospitality/location is awesome..U can sit and enjoy the stunning view of sea/beach whole day, mansoon makes it more beautiful . resort's approach path to beach was closed due to rough sea but 5 min walk from resort to another beach.
they dont have intercom to reception/restaurant so every time u need to walk or call on given mobile number for ordering something form restaurant/housekeeping.
Overall it was good stay there...
