Beautiful property and a fantastic host! The house is located a few meters from Kizhunna Beach. It was relaxing to lie on hammock and listen to waves. Thottada beach is also a short walk from here. Lovely clean beaches with hardly a soul on both beaches. About the house - well maintained rooms, small garden with plenty of greenery. Ideal place to relax. Bipin was a wonderful host - made all arrangements to make our stay comfy. Gorged on delicious home made food that left us craving for more. A big thank you to him for a wonderful weekend. Look forward to staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay with Bipin at Ivory Coast'e for his amazing hospitality, the peace and quiet of the place, the incredible, clean and secluded beach and the amazingly friendly locals and food - it honestly had it all for us!

If you're looking to have a break from hectic India and have the most beautiful beach in the whole of India to yourself, then this is the place to come. It's very quiet and an easy place to stay as Bipin will arrange all of your food for super cheap so you don't even need to go anywhere. The beach is like a 1 minute walk away.

It was incredible. We loved it here so so much and would love to come back again sometime. There's also loads to do with the traditional Theyyam to watch between dec-april, the fort, lighthouse, museums, the longest driving beach in Asia, this is a total gem that's worth visiting and has very few tourists. We also had the best sleep here too!

Take us back now :)

We had a lovely peaceful 5 night stay at Ivory Coaste. The host was super helpful and attentive. He helped us with travel arrangements and watching a traditional theyyam festival. The room was the cleanest we stayed in in Kerala. Great Keralan food too! It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach and you can hear the sound of the waves. Completely unspoilt by tourism, it could just be you and some dolphins at the beach!

Located about 10 km south of Kannur in a little village. The quite new and very neat homestay is in a 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean and we were spoiled with delicious homemade food at a reaonable price. Bipin, the host, is friendly and caring, but never obtrusive.
We felt so comfortable at his place that we decided to extend our stay from 2 to 3 weeks.
Sitting on the terrace or lying in the hammock you hardly hear anything but birds singing and the sea rustling.
Nature is very unspoiled here - every evening we could watch a porcupine passing by the house and bats looking for fodder at the tree near the terrace.
The palm-rimmed beach is completely uncrowded and the tides are unincisive. You therefore can have a swim at any time you feel like. As we enjoyed this quiet spot so much we hope to be back another year.

It's an amazing location right next to the Kizhunna and Thottada beaches. The place is away from the busy tourist spots and the nearby beaches are very serene. We had a great time and Bipin is a wonderful host!
