Lovely cottage, perfect to relax & unwind. Loved chilling out in the garden & on the balcony. Carol & Gareth were really friendly & made us feel very welcome. Will definitely visit again & recommend to friends & family.

“Perfect get-away-from-it-all retreat”
We had the pleasure of staying at the old granary for just over a week, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts Gareth and Carol have shown great attention to every little detail to make you feel welcome and the stay as pleasant as possible. The bottle of wine on arrival, the Devonshire tea, and the hamper of food were really nice touches. The granary itself is very nicely decorated and very cozy, and everything you could possibly need is there, both inside and out. We both found the bed in particular extremely comfortable. Then there's the location, next to a bubbling brook and with great views down the valley. We enjoyed getting friendly with the cows in the adjacent paddock! In all, a terrific place to unwind, relax and get away from it all.
