“Peacefully and relaxing abode”

Bluebell cottage has everything that you would require for a very comfortable stay. If you needed something it was there and with four adults what more could you want other than a nice glass or two of wine in a very peaceful location with an amazing view. There were two downsides to our stay though one of which was no internet. Many people could do without it but when you are trying to find things to do the Internet is the quickest and obvious choice you need, which was rather frustrating but we were assured that this is being sorted. The other downside is of no fault of the cottage owners is I don't think I have ever been anywhere in Britain where there was nothing to do or see and the places that were closed on a Sunday and bank holiday was truly amazing. But let me add don't let this put you off using this wonderful, well equipped and tranquil cottage. One more thing to add is the owners seem to be ghosts as we spoke to them once. They didn't bother us at all, didn't see them but they were only a phone call away if there was any problems which we as a group thought that this was great. Many thanks to both Vic &Una for a memorable stay

“Beautiful location”
Reviewed 21 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

After an awful journey in which we broke down and had to be towed to the cottage, our mood soon changed when we arrived. Una was waiting to welcome us, making sure we were all okay, and we had everything we needed. The cottage was beautiful and well equipped. Our biggest surprise was when we woke the next morning, the views were amazing, and surrounding area beautiful.despite our car trouble w had a lovely break and would definitely recommend the cottage to family and friends.

“Very comfortable, great views, would be lovely in the summer”
Reviewed 4 January 2015 for a stay in December 2014

We took my mum for a long weekend Xmas break and enjoyed our stay. We were left some nice sweets and Vic and Una had put up a few Xmas decorations for us which was a lovely touch. You definitely need a car to get up the long steep drive though which we had so no problems. We were comfortable and would like to go again in the summer months.

The accomodation was on the top of the hill that we all like. We all enjoyed a lot. I hope we will see you in summer.
