Excellent place where to pass the holidays situated in a place surrounded by nature. In just 5 minutes we were to the beach but honestly we were looking forward to go back to the hotel to enjoy the incredible landscape of the area, the amazing swimming pool, always very clean, and our meals, probably the best Italian food we have ever had. The staff is very kind and friendly, therefore next year...... I will be there again.

Horrible experience in Sardegna!
We booked 2 nights. They took the full amount of the 2 nights as deposit, instead of the 30% they asked for!!! How welcoming is that??
We arrived very late in Alghero (Fertilia Airport) the frist day. When we got to the BB, the brother of the homeowner was there to open the door. No heat in the room, bathroom not too clean. No breakfast in the morning and nobody around to give us any information. The room was not made when we came back at night; no bed, no towels, no heat!!! We finally got breakfast on the second day, but we should not have... the cereals were moist and disgusting as if from last summer; not a single homemade dish and everything from the supermaket!
Argh, we left as quickly as possible and will never, never go back or advise somebody to go.
Winter may be the low season, but if you take reservation give proper service (or at least some service!)

We stayed here 3 night in may, exploring the area around Alghero... we have room number 1, with one double bed and 1 two-storey bed on the other side of the room... room was ok and bed was nice, but no cleaning as meantioned before and also no windows except for in the bathroom... hot water only at night, not in the morning...

Breafast we prepacked and only cake, croissants, cereal and milk to your coffe or tea... really a typical poor italian breakfast...

The pool was empty and the construction on the garden is not finished yet, there is still brickwork and tiles laying around waiting to be put in place...

They lady who is in charge hovever is really nice, but speaks no english... But they made us dinner when we arrived first night and only charged is 20 Eur total for antipasti, pasta, bread, water and wine... And we payed only 50 Eur/night so in total it was average for the cost... What I liked most was that it was very silent and calm, I slept really good...

Potential for this place is really good, but they need to finish the construction around the house, upgrade breakfast and clean the rooms every day...

Friendly hostess but speaks and understands only Italian. The room was clean when we arrived, but then left untouched: no beds made, no new toilet paper,... We were also quite dissapointed by the 'prepacked' breakfast (no bread, the same cake for 3 days). The room was nice and spacious, but with thin walls.
The location is perfect for exploring Sassari, Alghero and nature walks (Capo Caccia, Asinara island) if you have a car (road to b&b is quite bad!).

Sayed ten nights this July and really enjoyed our stay. If you want a five star hotel and a pool full of noisy kids then this is not for you.
However , if you want a quiet place to relax and a real taste of Sardinian welcome with a laid back environment, then you will be pleased.
Suggest you choose the three superior rooms as the others seem basic. Clean rooms and staff willing to help you. Suggest hiring a car but local buses are available ten minute walk way in Tottubella.
Speaking for ourselves, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again but hire a car.
