The best food in this popular low cost Grill is the grilled chicken , pork and lamb. There is an extensive menu with many Greek appetisers as well as daily prepared dishes that can be seen preprepared at the counter in front of the grill.
The pork chop dish is not easily identified from the menu but ask for it as it is routinely big and juicy.
Many of the local people choose the 'Giros' pronounced 'heros' as it is excellent value.
I drink both the inexpensive dry red and dry white house wines served in both half and litre caraffs, which may not be to every ones taste, but I like it. If you choose the white and if it is a little warm don't be afraid to ask the very friendly staff for some ice in a separate glass to cool it down . English , German, Italian and Greek are spoken by at least one of the staff. My friends children all like to go to Sav vas for the chicken and chips at least once on their holiday.
