I concur with a lot of the other recent reviews.

The hotel is very modern and not too big. Our room was very modern and we felt it to be a good size. The pillows on the bed were very comfortable. There's a TV and a fridge.

The toilet was oddly a little too high in our room though. The walk in shower was spacious.

We had a balcony, although it's quite high, perhaps good for privacy.

We went the beginning of September with Jet2.

There are two pool areas, one livelier at the back and a quieter area at the front. There were no issues getting a sun lounger when we wanted. It's a 5 minutes walk to the beach, which is good.

We felt the food to be disappointing for a four-star all-inclusive hotel. There wasn't that much traditional Greek food. Plenty of food available of course, but I'd recommend eating out, as the restaurants in Tsilivi and in the old town are nicer.
Some of the food was lukewarm.
The breakfast was disappointing. Warm milk for poor choice of cereal? No scrambled or poached eggs either. The Orange juice wasn't fresh, tasted like cordial.

All inclusive does not include premium alcohol, or nice coffee or cafe freddos. The alcohol tasted cheap. The coffee machine coffee which was all inclusive wasn't that nice either.

The spa costs 10 euros to use, so we didn't bother. It looks nice though.

There's a small gym which I used, but it's very basic. Some free weights would have been useful.

Wifi worked ok outside but was temperamental in the room.

Not many British holidaymakers mostly Polish. Very friendly by the pool and bar.

I didn't find the staff very personable, particularly in the restaurant. It would have nice for them to be more engaging.

Tip: book a car from the outlet next door. We got a good deal.

I slightly wish we had booked a b&b and paid for food out. We still had a good time.

Maybe redundant with other reviews, but our impressions are excellent. We stayed from 04.09.2017 till 11.09.2017. From the start, on arrival we leave our luggages and went to lunch directly from reception. The staff is very polite and proactive. Our triple room was big enough and very clean. You can manage to eat something else on your meals, the food was various and well prepared. Pools were clean and big enough. Well done and thanks!

Had a weeks break in August. Great welcome on arrival and received a free upgrade to a suite. Room 202 with a double balcony overlooking the front entrance to the hotel and the road. Worried about noise from the street but heard very little. Great spot for people watching from the balcony.
Rooms very modern and nicely furnished. Great wardrobe space and free safe in the wardrobe. Very efficient air conditioning in all parts of the hotel. Coffee making facilities in the room and dressing table complete with hair dryer.
Double headed shower in bathroom which was always hot and powerful.
No issues with sun beds at any time of day. Choice of 2 main pools - one quieter than the other, but neither too busy considering it was school holidays.
All inclusive drinks served 8 am - 11 pm. List of a dozen cocktails included.
Nice air conditioned dining room- a little repetitive with the meat selection but plenty of choice and something for everyone. Self service food but waiter service for drinks in the dining room.
Not many English people around but wasn't an issue. A bit lacking in entertainment - only 2 nights from 7 but pleasant enough to sit outside and have a quiet drink in the evening.
Staff very friendly and happy to help. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms cleaned to a high standard and clean towels each day.
We did find Tsilivi beach a bit dirty and unkempt in places although the shallow clear waters compensate for this. The best and cleanest part of the beach is near the Alexandra Beach hotel.
Plenty of beach front bars and lots of entertainment out and about in the evening within walking distance. Try the drunk moon bar. Great friendly owners and a lovely friendly young waiter who was great with all the customers.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to the resort and in particular this hotel.

Stayed here for one week and on the whole had a good time. The hotel is in a great location for bars shops etc. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. On the down side food very repetitive and not a good variety we ate out a lot which is poor for all inclusive. Maids cleaned daily but bedd not made just left in a bow type thing on top. Not enough fresh towels left on a couple of occasions and rooms cleaned relatively late some days 4pm. I would go back to this hotel if there were other board options

this is an all inc hotel. i know greece isnt that geared up for this really and it takes away from local bars and reataurants but we dis drink and eat out onma few occasions. the food was pretty limited to,same thing dinner and tea but it had a good mix of food. breakfast had a good selection but only 2 or 3 cereals and only warm milk...desserts were a bit limited to melon and sometimes baklava or little, cakes. no,drinks machines in restaurant but they would come and fill your glasses and cups with coffee water juice lager whatever you asked for. lots of cocktails included but funny that only black coffee no white. you had to pay 1.50 euros for that.always beds round pool both the main and the quiet one in front of our room.,bar near small pool open until 11 or 12. if the price was right i would go back even all inc and use it as a base but eat out at night. there are loads of restaurants on the doorstep. its no longer going to be with jet2 next year.

Room Tip: we had 304 ground floor overlooking small pool.
