Stayed for a week in September and were made to feel very welcome by the family that run this hotel. The rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. airconditioning and room safe are included in the price which was nice. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were changed if used.
Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and a good location just on the edge of town. We stayed bed and breakfast and the choice was a little basic otherwise I would have given an excellent rating instead of very good but all in all very good value for money.
The only downside was the aircraft noise but that is beyond their control and is the same everywhere in Tsivili.

We are just back from a 4 night stay here and although I wasn't expecting it to be that great I thought this hotel was lovely. Spiros (the owner) and his family were very welcoming and helpful and our room was immaculate. We stayed in a superior apartment on the top floor which slept 5 even though there was only 2 of us and we had a huge balcony with fantastic views. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the main strip for meals and drinks at night although the food in the hotel was also lovely. We had wifi however this did stop working a few times but it wasn't the end of the world. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The only thing we could pick fault with was the shower which was literally running hot and cold constantly throughout each shower but have always had this in Greece. There was the added bonus of a bath rather than the standard wet room that Greece tends to offer. It wouldn't put us off staying here again. Our room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels daily without having to ask unlike family members who were staying elsewhere in the resort who had the same towels 3 days running even after asking for them to be changed. The room had 2 air con units which worked brilliantly and there was a safe which was free to use. There was a tv also however we never used this so cannot comment on it. There were shutters on the French doors too which blocked sound however as it is not right on the main strip it is probably not needed as it is nice and quiet. Not a single mosquito bite between the 2 of us either compared to our family members but not sure if this is due to the location or just our good luck but definitely a bonus when the husband always gets eaten alive! All in all we would definitely stay here again and will hopefully get back with our children some time in the future

Room Tip: Go for superior as not that much more money wise but definitely a better room

The room was a very good size and layout. However the beds were quite hard. The cleaner Pavleena (sorry if spelt wrong) was incredibly friendly and kept our room in a great condition. She would brighten our morning every day. The breakfast was quite standard but very nice with a good sized breakfast room. Not much room around the pool to sun bathe in the sun. However the beach was only a 10 minute walk and very nice. The showers were a bit traumatic changing temperature every few seconds. The wifi was very good. Also the members of the family were always very friendly.

Visited for ten days. Normally like to stay by the pool but there was very little space for sunbeds, especially in the sun so we went to the beach or on trips every day. Room was nice but beds quite uncomfortable. The shower was awful as it went from boiling hot one second to freezing cold the next so you were constantly jumping in and out. Barely saw any staff apart from the cleaner who was very jolly and polite. Breakfast was good, there were eggs and bacon and a selection of crepes and cereals. The hotel is perfectly situated and if you get a high room you will get a lovely view of the sea. Only downside was when walking next to the hotel there is a family of rats living in the grass near the entrance. Free air con and safe was a big bonus. WiFi was good but stopped working on occasions. Overall hotel was OK but only really as a base to sleep in.
