i'm travelling with Family from Goa to Pune. So we stayed to take rest. It was Decent Hotel, Rooms were Spacious & clean, Toilet was Clean with toiletries. Hotel is located in Good Location. Highly recommended for family & business traversal.More

We stayed here for a night while enroute to Pune from Goa. The room size is very nice but a bit old furniture but with a kid the room size allows good space to play. The hotel is next to D-Mart and around 4kms from Mahalakshmi temple.
The breakfast tasted nice but overall the staff looks lost and not professional up-to-the-mark as it should be in hospitality business. Decent place to stay for a short visit.

No hot water in the rooms. We had booked 2 rooms and both had a malfunction with the heater. The manager promised hot water in buckets but not before i had to run from pillar to post for each bucket.
Housekeeping does not answer phones. Room was clean but toilet was soiled under the seat.
There are far better options in Kolhapur- please avoid this one !

Everything that can go wrong for a hotel.
Did I say hotel, its not, it is basically a lodge that we basically see in bus stand areas.
1. Booked with central reservation of Keys group for king bed in their higher room category. Had to wait for 30 min for check in at 6 PM evening as room was not ready.
2. Given lower category room in stead of booked higher one. Keys definitely had to answer me for the extra money it took from me.
3. Specifically asked for king bed. Offered twin bed. They just joined the bed and put a double bedsheet on it. Middle of night my son was hanging from the bedsheet as both the bed were gone appart. By the way, that bedsheet used as favocol was torn too.
4. Room was not cleaned from inception, clear boot marks on floor. Their eco friendly large glass windows are basically piece of glass stuck to a jonked irone grill. Glass was so darty, you can hardly see outside.
5. Every thing has layers of hard dirt sitting on them, be it glass or cup or switches or even base of lamp.
6. The large glass wall was just stuck there, if you push it hard it will fall outside. Might be a safety feature as there were none other in that hotel, not even an exit map. Common, Keys, how did you get a safety audit for this one?
Only thing that work is the restaurant, which serves good food.
I have stayed in many Keys property, but never so bad. Bad is a softer word for the condition of the hotel.
If you are planning to stay in that piece of junk, do it in your own discretion.

Visited this hotel and stayed for a night with team . Nice restaurant and especially liked the non vegetarian spread here . There is a good restaurant on the terrace.
Staff is friendly and good . Breakfast was okay . My room was excellent and huge . Location is perfect.all put together nice one for a days stay .

We were in this hotel in late Nov, 2019 thinking it is part of the 'Keys' chain. The name Krishna Inn was not visible at all and the good landmark for Auto/Taxi are adjacent D-Mart. They have to make big billboard of the name.
Room was spacious and linen were clean. No toiletries such as Soap provided till you ask for the same. There is a soap dispenser for show. Nothing inside. While the bath room is big , there is no shower curtain and there is water all over the place...
I tried in vain to get a taxi arranged to pick me from the airport. They may not have a taxi service but they could at least direct me to someone reliable (according to them). But the frontoffice just put the phone down when I was following up with them on this. Finally I managed myself for airport pickup/drop and for the 2 days tour.
They provide room access card but it gets deactivated every 12 hours. They expect the card to be surrendered to them every time you go out of the hotel. I thought there is no need for this for access cards ( we need to surrender only when check-out). This was a nuisance for me for the 2 days.
Breakfast spread is good. But all of them will not be ready by the stated time 7.30 am.. It goes up-to 7.45 am.. While food was good, do not try theri coffee. It is full of sugar; Tea is good
