The hotel is in good location, staffs are well behaving and the restaurant is also good. The quality of food taste is ok. The price during the "Pouse Mela" period appears exorbitant compared to Hotel standard. Rooms are small, bed was queen sized, Practically no space for providing any sofa or relaxing chair.
I am regular to Shantiniketan..and i choose this hotel always because of their excellent service....Rooms are clean ,tidy and very comfortable. Staffs are well trained and very well behaved.and they are following all covid protocol

Very good stay and service at the hotel. Hotel located around 15 mins from Bolpur station, just opposite Sports Authority of India (SAI), Bolpur. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Food of the in-house restaurant is really nice. Hotel has strong wi-fi which can be used for office work purpose. Overall, strongly recommended for stay at Bolpur.

Excellent hotel with the prime location at the heart of Bolpur Shantiniketan. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and provides a great hospitality. Room services was absolutely superb.
Post arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Suraj & Noor, they made our trip more interesting with advice & tips about the Shantiniketan city. All the staffs were very helpful. We selected this hotel based on the reviews it got previously and would definitely say that it was nice experience while staying in Hotel Royal Bengal.
Their hospitality and maintenance is truly commendable.
Foods, especially the Indian cuisines tastes great.
The interior and exterior of the hotel are classy and decent, including there restaurant. Room services were very quick I must highlight.
The only thing that want to mention that their delux rooms are a bit smaller that you may expect in a budget of Rs. 2550 (plus taxes). However, their service is bound to make you overlook this fact.
And like the cherry on the top, our reservation got revised from EP to CP and our breakfast became complementary despite of selecting the without complementary breakfast plan.
Overall the hotel is couple-friendly, family-friendly, have a swimming pool, a nice park with slide and swings, location-wise awesome to visit the nearest places.
